Indian cuisine is flooded with sweet dishes. And it's so easy to veganize the recipes.
Hayagreeva is a common sweet dish in some Hindu temples. Yesterday I made Hayagreeva by following Meera's hayagreeva recipe in Kalpavriksha Kamadhenu blog.
Since Meera used ghee, I used Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread in the recipe. Hayagreeva was so delicious. And I'm sure I will be making this yummy sweet regulary.
