Vegan Omelette - Chickpea flour pancake

Growing up,  egg omelette was my favorite. I used to eat egg omelette atleast once in a week. I liked my egg omelette with lots of finely chopped cilantro, dill, red onion, green chillies and tomatoes.

Once I became a vegan, I have been eating delicious "vegan omelette" made with chickpea flour, cilanto, dill , red onion and tomatoes. I sometimes add bell pepper . Vegan omelette is really good. You should try it sometime...
