Jennifer McCann, who blogs at Vegan Lunch Box, has come up with great tips to save money and the environment. Visit here to read that article.

I'm so glad my co-op carries local produce, and I love the summer (and fall) for farmers markets!!

I love farmer's markets, especially the ones that have strict rules on the produce being grown locally.

I'm so thankful to have great farmers markets available almost every day of the week. Whole Foods also lets the local farmers sell their unsold items in their produce section.
